City gov’t, DCCCII to discuss P3B loan
The Davao City Local Government Unit is set to present to the members of the Davao business community the details of the Omnibus Loan Term Facility offered by the Land Bank of the Philippines which will be used to fund the Supplemental Budget for 2009.
The meeting aims to enlighten the business community on the decision to borrow as well as the various programs and projects being lined up for the said amount. The said consultation will also provide opportunity for the city government and private sector to explore partnership arrangements to ensure efficient and timely implementation of programs and projects aligned under the P3 billion loan. Furthermore, this will be an opportune time for the members of the business community to dialogue with the city government.
This and all will happen during DCCCII’s 1st Quarterly Business Encounter, this Friday March 27, 5 o’clock in the afternoon at the Summit Bar of Royal Mandaya Hotel. Quarterly Business Encounter is one of the avenues for chamber members to interact and explore business partnership.
